Individual Therapy
Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect it to. Sometimes, it leaves us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected or in autopilot mode. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand ourselves, and
explore our feelings, patterns, transitions, or anything else that feels heavy.
At Raha, we offer support at our clients' pace and honour their lived experiences,
strengths, and goals.

What Therapy's Like at Raha
Healing is not about fixing what's "wrong" with us. Often, it's about learning more about the ways we've coped to survive.
At Raha, our approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and paced around our clients' needs. Sessions are often guided by understanding how our lived experiences, relationships and environments shape the way we approach life.
Depending on the client's needs, we draw on attachment theory, internal family systems, narrative, solution-focused approaches, and mindfulness-based practice.
